今天我将为大家带来几道阳江特色美食。

Today I'm going to bring some special Yangjiang cuisine for you.


阳江美食以海鲜为主,讲究原汁原味,烹调手法以清蒸为主,海鲜大排档也多不胜数。

Yangjiang cuisine is mainly seafood,,pay attention to the original flavor, cooking techniques to steamed mainly, seafood stalls are also numerous. 


阳江的早点很有自己的特色,例如“猪肠碌”、“叶贴”等,这些在外地是吃不到的。

叶贴    leaf paste


叶贴就是用叶子贴的饼,它用了树菠萝的叶子包糍,这样做有两个好处:一是有叶子隔着,可以让人吃叶贴时不会感觉太烫手;二是树菠萝的叶子有解毒消肿的作用。

说到煎堆,外地人立刻就想到糯米裹爆谷的那种九江煎堆,但阳江煎堆与此大异其趣。

炒米饼      fried rice cake


阳江炒米饼俗称粉酥,广东省传统名点之一,春节独有的应节食品。

与佛山盲公饼、中山杏仁饼、广州淮山米粉饼合称广东“四大名饼”。

口感甜而不腻,入口酥香。

咸圆子  salty soup dumplings

阳江人逢年过节都会做当地的特色传统美食——咸汤圆,寓意“一家团圆、美满幸福”。其实应该说是类似汤圆的小糯米球吧。

People in Yangjiang celebrate their festivals and make local distinctive traditional food -- "salty soup dumpling", which means "a family reunion, happiness. Actually it should be a small glutinous rice ball similar to tangyuan.


阳江话管叫“糯米圆子”,是用糯米粉揣成糯米团,然后挪成一条条比手指头打一点点的,再用剪刀剪或用刀切成一个个小球,方方圆圆的。

煮圆子的汤料以本地海产为主,一般配有鱿鱼丝、干瑶柱、虾米干、腊肠、猪肉、鸡肉、萝卜等。
